Amenities and Comfort

The house is fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, and a welcome amenity pack, including shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and Nespresso capsules for your first day. We ensure your comfort with free Wi-Fi, a Sonos system, and 5 Smart TVs with access to streaming services. A crib is available upon request.

Housekeeping and Maintenance

The property includes a weekly pool service (typically on Wednesdays), and landscaping every two weeks.
Additional housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost, and stays longer than 7 days require one additional cleaning per week. Upon departure, guests are expected to wash the dishes and place garbage in the trash can.

Located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, we ask that you respect our neighbors by following our house rules.

Noise and Quiet Hours
The property is in a residential area with code-enforced quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited, and guests are not allowed to have DJs or live music on the property. Music devices, other than the provided Sonos system, are also prohibited.
