Maison Luxury East — Refund & Cancellation Policy

Maison Luxury East, LLC aims to provide premium service and transparent policies across all divisions.

1. General Policy

Due to the bespoke nature of luxury rentals and creative services, most confirmed bookings and retainers are non-refundable once secured, except as noted below.

2. Vehicle, Yacht, or Property Rentals

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before start date: eligible for partial refund (minus processing fees or deposits).

  • Cancellations within 7 days: non-refundable.

  • No-shows: charged in full.

  • Refunds are issued only if the provider cannot deliver the reserved asset due to verified mechanical or logistical issues.

3. Creative & Branding Atelier Services

  • Deposits secure studio time and staff allocation; they are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If cancellation occurs before project commencement, up to 50% of the deposit may be refundable at management’s discretion.

  • Completed deliverables are final upon delivery.

4. Payment Disputes

All refund or dispute requests must be submitted in writing to info@maisonluxuryeast.com within 5 business days of the event or project date.

5. Force Majeure

Maison Luxury East is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond reasonable control (weather, natural disasters, travel restrictions, etc.).

6. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds (if any) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
